The big kahuna of Australian fashion showcases – Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia – is just around the corner, April 30th – May 4th. The official schedule is now confirmed. But who is going to walk the runways? Frockwriter has some answers. For their Spring/Summer 2012/2013 'show packages' - that is, the models promoted by each Australian model agency to designers for the season - the agencies have gathered together an exciting mix of new faces, local runway veterans and some internationals who are flying in as we speak for castings. Here is Chic Management’s MBFWA lineup.

Chic's lineup includes several big local names who recently defected from other Australian agencies: Vogue Italia's April 2012 covergirl Chrystal Copland and redheaded bombshell Tiah Eckhardt.

Also, a number of new faces who are brand new to the event. Of course, one or two of these - Emily Jean and Montana Cox - have, ironically, already had their runway debuts on the international show circuit. Cox, in particular, was unmissable at the Fall/Winter 2012/2013 shows in Milan and Paris in March. Others, like Gabby Westbrook-Patrick (above), are essentially 'unseen'.

The new faces are:

Amelia Coutts (Sydney, 19)
Abbey O’Connell (Bathurst, 17)
Caroline Austin (Brisbane, 19)
Emily Jean Bester (Sydney, 20)
Gabby Westbrook-Patrick (Sydney, 16)
Isabella Vick (Sydney, 16)
Monique Jensen (Brisbane, 18)
Montana Cox (Melbourne, 18)
Rosie Nelson (Canberra, 19)
Madison Blampied (Sydney, 16)
Simone Holtznagel (Wollongong, 18).

And here are Chic’s international girls:
