And now to part VIII of frockwriter’s MBFWA Spring/Summer 2013/2014 model showcards series – Work Agency. Although this show pack is so far the most compact of the season, we have to say it gets top marks for presentation. Internationally, model agencies go to some effort to make their show packs stand out, tapping art directors to create innovative concepts. Not so much down under. As competition increases in this market, branding is going to be increasingly important. Heading up Work Agency's MBFWA pack is the agency's star Cassi van den Dungen, who has just returned from making her international runway debut, walking for, among others, Miu Miu.

Van den Dungen has appeared at MBFWA before, however all the other names in Work Agency’s show pack are brand new to the event. They include the amazonian Rebecca Szulc, who recently scored her first advertising campaign – for Seafolly’s Preview range.  

Of note, Work Agency’s show pack includes two former Australia’s Next Top Model contestants: van den Dungen (Cycle 5 runner up) and Ashton Flutey (Cycle 6). At least other six other AusNTM alumni are heading into castings for this year’s event: Alice Burdeu (Cycle 3 winner), Amanda Ware (Cycle 6 winner), Chantal Croccolo (Cycle 6), Montana Cox (Cycle 7 winner) and Abbey O’Connell (Cycle 7), all represented by Chic Management; with Lola Van Vorst (Cycle 5), repped by The Agency Models.
